Watershed Management Plan and TMDL Study

The Watershed Management Plan for the Plummer Creek watershed was created during a 319 Planning grant and serves as a comprehensive guide to past and present water quality trends, water monitoring data, local resource concerns, pollutant load estimates, and goals for improving stream health in the future. Many valuable partners assisted the PCWP Advisory Committee to create this management plan. The Plummer Creek WMP has been approved by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management and EPA. Please feel free to contact the Greene County Soil and Water Conservation District with inquiries regarding this watershed management plan.
